7/22/2025	Dave called to tell us that Rittmer (landfill contractor) left June 30 and did not have all of the waste covered. Even after my visit in June, all the waste was not covered that should have been. Some legal action has taken place and Rittmer will pay to get the landfill up to par regarding cover, waste management, and mowing. I told him to ensure any environmental impact is limited or addressed (leachate, littler, etc). He plans to send an email summary of what has taken place and what is planned to get the facility into compliance.	BRIAN LEE
