7/18/2025 Eric called again and said he got a letter from Iowa DNR yesterday about the change in sample site. He said he has not heard from Chris Spoelstra yet. I emailed Chris and Anne. JUELLES BABER
7/16/2025 Eric reached out regarding a change of sample site form that was submitted. He said that he submitted a change of site sample form after a business opened back up, but they appear to be closed again, so he went back to the original site for this month. I advised to reach out to Chris Spoelstra. Eric said that he sent him an email, but hadn't heard back. I said if he doesn't hear back from soon he could reach back out. I confirmed that the site had not yet changed on the operations permit. JUELLES BABER
