6/25/2025	I have taken several calls from Affidavit Operator Brian Portwood regarding the facility's inability to do required self-monitoring. He has trained several Beyonder staff since my visit on monitoring requirements in November and prior and they have all left. Brian just wanted it on the record that he has tried and is not sure what else he can do. He has also spoken with a Justin who he thinks is a co-owner of the park and will be contacting the owner. At this point they are over a month without doing any required self-monitoring. NOV will be issued.	AARON PICKENS
