6/16/2025 Eric Cherko called with Sapp Bros. He said he just submitted his May 2025 DMR and wanted to notify FO4 of the effluent CBOD, TSS, and pH exceedances. Ammonia did not exceed limits. Eric said that Dave Richardson is coming out next week to do a sludge judge.  We also discussed their high influent numbers. At the highest for the month, influent BOD was 1440 mg/L and 600 lbs/day. Influent TSS was 3090 mg/L and 1289 lbs/day. The design capacity in the permit for BOD5 is 227 lbs/day. Eric said that they've been having grease issues. I am not familiar with the travel stop, but I recommended ensuring grease traps are utilized properly and mitigate the amount of grease making it to the lagoon. JUELLES BABER
