5/7/2025	Russell Noll, neighbor across HWY 16 from Sedore Sanitation's property where the fire from 1/2025 occurred. After the fire, due to oil and other contaminates that ran off in fire fighting water, pooled in the ditch so the county installed a lime berm in the culvert to prevent runoff from entering Mr. Noll's farm pond which his cattle use for drinking water. Yesterday (5/6/25) the county or IDOT removed the lime berm and the pooled water in the ditch drained toward and into Mr. Noll's pond. Russell called me to see if I had any involvement in that decision, which I told him I did not. He's concerned that his bulls drink that water, they could have issues. He said he may try to rearrange his pens to keep them from having access to the pond water.	KURT LEVETZOW
