5/5/2025	Dave Wendl called. He said the barn pit and the basins are being pumped today. He asked to what extent the basins need to be pumped. We discussed that if the facility is discontinued all manure needs to be removed within 6 months. He stated there is a potential buyer that could be taking the property in July. I said this would exceed the 6-month requirement (depopulated in December 2024) and there's no guarantee the buyer will activate the facility immediately. I stated that the manure onsite at this time is his liability and it is best to remove all manure now to the extent possible and that I'd be willing to visit and confirm all manure has been removed when he reports to me that it has.
