4/30/2025	Dan Tilkes, Franklin County Sanitarian, called to confirm whether or not the separation distance to a well applies to a chicken barn with no pit. I told him the building would still have some sort of manure storage so yes the separation distance of 100' applies. He also had a question about disposal of disinfectant liquid. The facility will be using approximately 200 gallons/day to disinfect trucks. The plan to capture it in a tank but had questions about disposal. They wondering if it could be hauled to their storage lagoon at the other facility. I told him no, they would have to dispose of it at waste water treatment facility.	DAN BRATRUD
