4/17/2025 4/4/2025 0925: Received a call from Tina Halsey in response to my voice mail. Spoke with her, and her husband, James Halsey, regarding the complaint and the actions I will have them take to control fugitive dust (e.g. wetting the materials pile in addtion to paved surfaces. ) They were also concerned that there may be stormwater issues in the future due to the drainage at the site. I suggested they get in touch with Terry Jones or Brian Lee in this office to see what efforts the site would need to take. JON RYK
