1/26/2010	Mr. Heimstra brought in samples to MET Lab and Mr. Kelly was unsure about sampling protocol while basins are frozen. Told Joe that only one sample is required by his NPDES Permit and he took a sample in July of 2009. Samples are typically collected prior to land application while lagoons are being agitated.
