3/6/2025 Hello FO4 Wastewater Team, Eric Cherko called with an interesting scenario he has never dealt with. As he was opening a box from the lab that he thought were his empty bottles, he opened it and found his sampling conducted on February 18th had been shipped back to him. They were not effluent samples as he was not discharging into the pond at the time. However, Mr. Cherko stated that he will not have a raw sample for last month. I instructed Mr. Cherko to explain what happened in the comments section of his DMR. Also, regarding Glenwood WWTF, Mr. Cherko received his new permit and the cover letter states that he will be receiving a new DMR form. He stated that nothing has changed but just wondered if we would be providing him with a new DMR template. Glenwood's new permit and cover letter are attached. All the best - Jayde JAYDE DUYSEN
