2/25/2025	I spoke to Kelly Garrett and Chris Feller by phone. Kelly in interested in leasing the basin as a storage structure for his product which is regulated by IDALS. I explained to both of them that the liquid and solids in the basin would need to be removed. Once they are removed the DNR would inspect the basin and close it as an DNR regulated basin. If Mr. Feller would like to lease it to Mr. Garrett as a storage structure he could. Both had no issues with liquid removal but were concerned with how they would get solids out without tearing up the liner. Chris said he would keep in touch on what they figure out.	BRENT MARTENS
