12/27/2024	During the EB inspection at the Wagner Brother's # 58365, I discussed this operation with the Wagner Brothers. They thought the site was never constructed. There was no file for this facility either. It appears there was a note in the EMMP database from Chad Kerhli (6/25/98) that this facility was never constructed.	BRETT MEYERS
