12/5/2024 Contacted Tori at Page County Landfill regarding waste from Missouri being hauled to the Page County Landfill by a new sanitation company out of Shenandoah (Tall Corn Ag Sanitation). According to Tori, Brian Ward has been discussing having to amend the Comprehensive Plan in order to accept waste from out of their planning area. Tori thought that the bids were due in the last day or so and they should be hearing more from the hauler soon to determine their next step. Additionally, Tori stated that they had not received any waste from Missouri yet as they were still going through the bidding process. WENDY WITTROCK
