11/22/2024	Joe stated that Jeff's son, Brady, built a separate cattle confinement (SAFO) in 2018. He owns the parcel, separate utilities and feed. He now wants to buy a portion of his dad's open lot pens and construct a 600 head open lot barn. I explained again that it might be legally separate by DNR but EPA might view it different. I recommended that they combine the facility as one, obtain NPDES permit or claim no discharge, submit MMP & NMP.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
