11/21/2024	Diane is a supervisor and on the landfill board. She wondered if the landfill can be sued if litter comes off of tarped vehicles coming into a landfill that has a tarping policy. I said I think that would be a weak argument, but she should run it by the county attorney. [She wants the landfill to start enforcing its tarping policy.]	BILL GROSS
