11/19/2024	Diane is a county supervisor. She gets calls about the appearance of the concrete dump site along Highway 92 right in front of the landfill. She asked if we could do anything about it. I told her I'd looked at it before and did not see significant problems (just some rebar protruding). I told her concrete is classified as rubble, not solid waste. I told her I'd look at the site again when in the area.	BILL GROSS
