11/14/2024 Julie Faas sent an email today stating there were a couple things in the TA that the City and SEMCO needed to address. She has reached out to them to discuss. TERRY JONES
11/13/2024 Hedrick affidavit Operator Renata Richards contacted me after receiving a copy of the SEMCO SIU inspection report on 11/6/2024. In the report, it was indicted the current TA is from 2015. Renata informed me they signed and submitted a new TA with SEMCO in March or April 2024. This information was not in the database so I reached out to Julie Faas with DNR NPDES and she confirmed she received the new TA in April 2024 and hoped to have it reviewed in the near future.
