11/4/2024	Dane called and explained they were proposing to convert this site to pullets and wondered what regulations may apply. I explained they were free to make any changes inside the barns but any changes to manure storage structures or methods may trigger a construction permit. He didn't think the manure process would change and the animal numbers would go down. I explained once they have decided exactly what will change, to let DNR know and it can be reviewed if any construction permits are needed.	DANIEL WATTERSON
