11/1/2024 10/30/2024 1207: Email Assist to Daron Tanko. I was responding to his prior email in which he inquired if an NOV would be issued. I responded that I would think Sarah Mousel would have issued an NOV when he notified her of the exceedance if one was going to be issued and that I will see what the AQ Senior in my office thinks when he reviews my report with whether or not we will issue one with the report. I mentioned to him that I currently just have the stack discrepancy for EP 135-10 the EP 77 Subpart SS exceedance noted as deficiencies. I also mentioned that it does help that the facility identified it and that they will have it corrected so quickly. I also mentioned that I planned to copy Sarah Mousel on the report as well just so she knows that the new low VOC paint was acquired and that they plan to be back in compliance by November 1. JON RYK
