11/1/2024 10/30/2024 1131: Email assist to Daron Tanko. I mentioned to Daron that I was working on finishing up the AQ CE report and summarized the deficiencies that I had noted, including the rain cap on EP 135-10 (Cure Oven, CP 98-A-183-S3) and the Subpart SS exceedance which they found in the internal audit and should have corrected by 11/1/24. I informed him in the email htat per a previous discussion with him, the facility will do a permit modification to the construction permit 98-A-183-S3 to show that the emission point is vertical obstructed due to the presence of the rain cap (construction permit indicated vertical unobstructed). I also inquired about where report should be sent. I mentioned I will plan to send the report to the 2800 220th Trail, Amana, IA address to Doug Mechaelson's attention and cc him via email. I asked him to please provide the email addresses of anybody else who should be emailed a copy of the completed report and that I would be sure to email copies to both him and Doug. JON RYK
