11/1/2024 10/28/2024 0829: Email assist to Daron Tanko of Whirlpool Amana Appliance Division to follow up on records for the 80% SM AQ CE. The email read as follows: Daron, In addition to the files that I mentioned in my Fri, Oct 25, 2:57?PM (3 days ago) email, I am unable to open the following files you sent for the records review: Copy of Natural Gas Usage 01_01_2024-9_30_04 I was able to open the 2024 Annual Foam Usage Spreadsheet that I mentioned in my previous email. Not sure why it was not opening previously. The SDSs that I was unable to open were all for the low VOC paint for EP 77. I think it is because they were sent as word files vs pdf. Also, for the following items please send the records requested: POWDER COAT BOOTH (EPs 135-10A through 135-10D) (Construction Permits 19-A-179 through 19-A-182) I did not see daily records of Monthly VOC Emissions (In Tons) and 12-Month Rolling Totals of VOC Emissions in Tons to verify that you are meeting the limit of 9.2 Tons/12-Month Rolling Period. EP 77 - TOUCH UP PAINT BOOTH: I will need to see 12-month rolling total information for the VOC and HAP-Containing Materials Used (Limit = 200 Gallons / 12-Month Rolling Period); Also, please send some records of the filter inspection & maintenance.
