10/8/2024	Mr. Kline called to let me know he has removed most of the trees from his basin and the oil has been disposed of. Mr. Kline stated he tried multiple times to contact ISU extension for a consultation on his manure controls but did not here back from them. He proceeded to make changes to his controls on his own and state we would "like what we see." I told him I would come out later this year to check on his progress.	BRENT MARTENS
