We have nearly everything covered with dirt with a few exceptions. The small areas not covered with dirt are covered with daily cover and will be maintained as needed, every 7 days or until covered properly with dirt. The engineers are coming out today to put the cell boundary stake in. The dike is done on the east edge of the cell it is kind of crooked but will work for holding the leachate back until a permanent dike can be made. The leachate is continuing to seep out in the valley area and is far too soft to get our equipment on. I have talked to SCS Engineers about the problem. The leachate is contained on the cell and I have had a vacuum truck coming out and sucking up that ponding leachate on a regular basis until we can get that fixed. This is where we are this week.
