8/26/2024	Mr. Paul Von Tersth with SA Pork LLC, Facility 67944, called the Field Office to report that 76-80 trees around his facility were severely damaged and/or are dying due to a pesticide application. Mr. Von Tersth had an active IDALS investigation in process regarding the pesticide application. He wanted to know what his options with the trees are going forward as he wants to be faithful to his master matrix. He was informed he had two options: #1. Inform us that trees have been killed/died and he will be replanting them (spring 2025/fall 2024/whatever date). #2. He can resubmit his master matrix without the trees if he can choose some other options to garner enough points. He may have to pay the filing fees (he can call the engineer/Cindy on that issue).
