8/22/2024	Dane called to report there have been no animals in the barns since March and it was unknown if or when they will resume use of the facility. He said they might restock this fall but it depends on HPAI issues at their other sites if this site is needed. As far as he knew, all manure was removed from the facility this spring. I said it would be acceptable to continue submitting the annual MMP update for a year or two if the facility is empty to maintain it in a state of active operation. I said longer term, if the facility remains empty, it could be classified as closed.	DANIEL WATTERSON
