7/30/2024 HSE Manager, Ann Anderson, emailed the following "Attached is the Operator Certification Compliance Plan for the Valero Lakota Plant. Kelly and I, along with several Production Leads, are planning to take the September 18, 2024 DMACC virtual class for Grade A Water Operator Certification. In the interim, the IDNR Exam Application will be submitted to schedule the exam after the DMACC class has been completed. The expected completion date for the class and licensure exam is October 15, 2024." See attached documents for the Operator Certification Compliance Plan. ROBERT QUINTERO
