8/14/2024	Becker provided an email to inform FO6 the Bayer Muscatine site was discontinuing the Bayer Muscatine Flood Management Plan sent to us on 7/19/2024. Flooding conditions have shown a sustained reduction and there is no longer a need to pump ground or storm water to the Mississippi River through our 36”.	TERRY JONES
