1/19/2010	Robert called to inform the office that the CBOD result from the 1/7/10 sample was 28.2 mg/L, which exceeded their permit parameter of 25 mg/L. I told him to document the issue on the monthly MOR and see what the next set of samples read. He said the high result might have been due to the cold temperatures.
