6/3/2024	Troy Sedore called this office on 5/31 looking for a landfill that he could dispose of hog carcasses mixed with sawdust (partially composted material). GRRWA is building a new cell and cant take the material until further notice. Troy wanted to know where he could take it. He said he called Burlington and SEMCO; Burlington did not respond and SEMCO said no. I told Troy we will need to fill out an out of planning area form and that I would contact the variuous landfills. I confirmed this info with Mr. Banks. On 6/3 I called Burlington SDP and Eric indicated he woud have a response 6/4. I contacted Ottumwa and Laurie Creech indicated they could take it now. I confirmed with Troy the amount and timeframe (20 tons this month) and indicated I woud have to fill out the Out of Planning Area form. I told Troy he would have to discuss a delivery timeframe with Laurie once the form is signed/received.	BRIAN LEE
