5/24/2024 Michele, We received the report, from 2nd Quarter Effluent Toxicity Testing (attached), which we passed. I will submit with May DMR. We will be scheduling 3rd quarter testing soon. If we receive a passing result, this will meet the permit requirement, for three successive passing tests, following a positive toxicity test. As long as we pass the test, for third quarter, do we need any approval to revert to annual testing? Thank you, Willie "No approval is needed, but please let me know so I can put a note in our files.
