5/3/2024	Aaron Schumaker called in to ask if the office had received an MOR or any operator paperwork for the system. When Aaron arrived on site to take the readings/sample for the monthly work on the site he was informed by the system that an employee had already completed the work, and was certified by Iowa DNR. on May 3, 2024 the MOR had not yet been submitted, and OpCert showed Aaron as the only operator for the system.
