5/3/2024 3/28/2024 1115: Email correspondence with Lauren Moga of August Mack Consultants regarding Henniges VOC and HAP info. The email read as follows: Lauren, Thank you so much for the information. I mentioned to Adam but will also mention to you that Henniges should also keep a copy of this information at the facility, including MSDS or SDS sheets, or material data sheets that show the respective VOC and HAP contents. I did notice as I went through the spreadsheet, the following: Line 3A (New Line 7): The newest construction permits for that line indicate a HAP content limit of 3.0 lbs/gal. The spreadsheet indicated 0 lbs/gal for the HAPs so there is no issue as far as limits. I just wanted to make sure you have the most recent permit info. (included construction permit numbers: 19-A-675, 97-A-356-S2, 97-A-357-S2, 97-A-358-S2, 97-A-359-S2, 97-A-360-S3, 97-A-362-S2, 97-A-363-S2, 97-A-364-S2, 01-A-731-S6, 97-A-361-S3) All of the construction permits are on a collection of air permits (CAP) number 19-249. (attached to email). Line 13 (New Line 2): The information shows that one of the coatings for this line has a VOC content of 3.98 lbs/gal which would be over the 3.0 lbs/gal limit. Is that VOC content for Coating COA00200 on that line correct? The same coating in Line 14 shows 1.2 lbs/gal. Thank you again for your time and effort in getting me the information.
