4/9/2024	Rich called to say that he plans to continue to clean up the storage area off S 17th in Fairfield. Scrap metal and trucks are just stored there. No business operations conducted. Re-rod will be clipped and removed as well. Soil may be added to smooth it all out. I advised him to make sure any discharge from the site does not impact the creek. He also indicated he wanted to add a ramp to allow people/residents to unload waste into a dumpster. I told him that he didnt need approval from this office or any additional permitting. I suggested he contact Chad Stobbe to discuss and see if any additional approval is needed.	BRIAN LEE
