4/9/2024	email from Josh: Seeing that we are still under our emissions limit for tons omitted can we continue to run the plant at Marshall Ridge before the permit it updated? Our Consult just finished the updates to the permit and it should be mailed shortly for your team to review. I just want to confirm that staying running is ok. my response: What's the current status of your operation? Are you still flaring gas? his response: No, we are in the pipeline. We are only flaring periodically. Nothing compared to where we were before. We are also tracking our hours when we do. If we do get close to our emissions limit for tons omitted, we will know right away. We are no where near our limit that is in our permit. my response: Okay. You can continue to operate. Let us know, though, if flaring increases again.	BILL GROSS
