1/15/2010	Mike called to inform FO#5 of his intension to apply manure because his pits are full and almost ready to go over. He indicated that he would be applying manure on Jan. 15th, on Field GR3P, pasture ground, hoping to apply 200,000 gallons on 80 acres (2500 gal/acre). Field has a P-index of 0.2 but has a small stream on the west edge of the field. Reminded him of separation distances, he indicated no tile intakes in the field. Said to try and stay further away from the stream to avoid potential run off into it.	JEFF THEOBALD
