3/4/2024	02/26/2024 0919: Email assistance to Aaron Shumaker, Affidavit Operator for Beyonder at Sleepy Hollow PWS. The email was to follow up with Aaron to get a copy of the bacterial sampling plan with revised sampling locations and also to inform him of my MOR review which indicated missing data on some of the MORs. The email read as follows: Aaron, As we discussed while I met with you for the Beyonder Getaway at Sleepy Hollow water supply, please send your revised sampling plan with the varied sampling locations. Also, as I reviewed last years MORs, I noticed there were a fair amount of missed monitoring data (chlorine residuals, quantity used, and also some hardness and pH values. September 2023 had 12 straight days of missed chlorine residual information. I will have to note that in the sanitary survey report. Thank you again for your time. Jon	JON RYK
