Within 14 days following all dates of compliance, the permittee shall provide written notice of compliance with the scheduled event. All written notice and progress reports shall be sent to the following address: Iowa Department of Natural Resources Field Office #2 2300 15th St. SW Mason City, Iowa We would accept an emailed report to any of the wastewater staff in Field Office 2 as well if that helps.
