2/23/2024	Harm Jass called to let me know that Chad Roche had tried to drop tires off at the Rural Iowa Landfill in Eldora. Harm said he turned him away, as he had heard from Bill Rowland to be weary of him. He asked if there was anything I could do to help get the word out that Mr. Roche was trying to dump his tires at various landfills. I let him know I would talk to our attorney and see what we could do.	MADELYNN AUSTIN
