1/14/2010	Dave Beskau from the dairy called at 2:25 p.m. He said that he just discovered a manure spill from the facility. He said that snow came off of the roof, hit and broke the pipe transferring manure. He figured that it had been broke for 45 minutes to an hour. He said the manure in the pipe was flowing at 1500 gallons a minute. He said the manure is ponded and is not flowing anywhere. Jeff and Paul were in the area and are on the way to take a look at it.
