2/6/2024	Mr. Taylor from the Jones Co. Transfer Station called and informed me that the Anamosa wastewater treatment plant is no longer able to take wastewater screenings to the Linn Co Landfill. He was wondering if the screenings should be direct hauled to a landfill or if it was ok for the transfer station to take it. After discussion with Amber Sauser it was determined that the wastewater screenings are considered a special waste and that all special waste should be direct hauled to the landfill. I called Mr. Taylor back and relayed the information to him and he said he would let Anamosa know to direct haul to the Dubuque Landfill.	JASON GEARHART
