1/30/2024	Tom stopped by and stated he wanted to spread from the two 48 sow farrowing pits. I looked into the matter and called him back and told him he could apply before February 1st. There is no snow on that field but it is a muddy mess and he won't apply because the ground is not frozen. I told him he would need to call us and we would re-evaluate after February 1st.	ISAIAH LARY
1/30/2024	Tom Weaver stopped by the office, he has two small farrowing pits built in the 1980's, each have 48 sows. He is wanting to spread manure. Sometimes he can transfer manure into another pit, but not this year. There are 4000 sows onsite total, and the site was authorized to construct (expansion) in 2019. I recorded his number and provided him my number and Jeremy Klatt's number. He would like to know an answer today.	ISAIAH LARY
