1/22/2024	12-21-2023 I stopped by the facility this morning en route to Equistar. I spoke with Stacy Braden. The facility has 6 employees left. The insurance company is close to settling with the bank. The owners are not interested in rebuilding and running operations as it used to be. So the plan is to sell equipment and scrap the impacted equipment. I’ll send them a letter outlining the steps to rescind permits, asbestos expectations and title V requirements. 1/22/2024	I received a call from Stacy Braden - Sivyer Steel Casting's Director of Operations. Mr. Braden indicated that they experienced a major structural fire around 9pm (09-18-2023). The fire started in the chlorine area near the core prep area, all of the 6 employees were able to evacuate the area immediately, but the fire spread to the center of the building and the fire department was able to extinguish the fire. The FD is still on scene conducting their investigation. No production will be occurring for at least a month, and possibly longer. The company will discuss and review if production is worth the efforts. Tim Murray will keep in touch as the decisions are made.	RYAN STOUDER
