1/16/2024	Todd reached out to let the FO know that the landfill had a leachate seep leave the lined area on the SE Corner of the landfill (Phase IV Cell 3). The dual extraction leachate pump froze causing the leachate to find a path to the surface. The area was immediately cleaned up and the pump was repaired. No leachate left the immediate are of the spill. We are guessing no more than 30 gallons. It was froze in the ditch. The seep is documented in our stormwater plan.	MADELYNN AUSTIN
