1/10/2024	Received a call from Jim Toomsen at 4:52pm. He applies Toomsen Land and Livestock Facility manure. He has a 900 head building, a 500 head nursery and 500 head finisher with the nursery (this is not the Toomsen Land and Livestock Location). Toomsen Land & Livestock Facility applied past 4-5 years correct. Not a confinement site applicator, admits he wasn't certified. Did 2 hour video at ISU Extension. He wasn't aware he had to in past. Did smaller sites for years but those did not have an MMP. $125 ck cashed to IA DNR Colleen [Conroy] Send NOV to 589 Quail Ave, Geneva, IA 50633.	ISAIAH LARY
