12/18/2023	Ms. Wehling contacted our office to inform us that they have decided to permanently close their hog confinement building. They plan to start applying the manure from the pit this next week in compliance with the current MMP. When power is no longer needed for the closure process, they will contact Southwest Iowa REC to cut the power to the building and disconnect the pond pump from the power source. Ms. Wehling will follow up with the field office once this is all completed.	JOHN BAKER
