12/5/2023	On December 1, 2023, the facility had an incident when an employee dumped 2.5 gallons of product that would normally go to the cities WWTF into a storm drain. The incident was reported as a spill to FO4. The facility normally files a No Exposure certification. However, Aaron called with questions to determine if they could still file the no exposure. The employee has been trained on the proper disposal. After discussion with David Schelling it was decided they could file as the Number 2 on the No Exposure questionnaire talks more to spills where there will be ongoing exposure from the residuals of the spill. That is not the case with this incident.	ALISON MANZ
