11/14/2023	Spoke to Chris on the phone. He will plan to put dirt in the basin pushing the water to one end and then dewatering at that time. He will take pictures and advise the office if anything comes up. He will be speaking with Kirkman Dairy about what their thoughts are for converting the barns to cattle confinements but this will take some time to work out.	BRENT MARTENS
11/9/2023	Chris Feller called to discuss the closure of his basin. He was asking if removing part of the lining and then pushing dirt into the basin to absorb the moisture for future spreading would be appropriate. I spoke to Alison and she stated it would be fine but to discuss dewatering with him at a later date as well. Chris also got quotes back for removal of the 20 barns and said it did not make much financial sense so is now looking into converting them into cattle confinements. I will be speaking with Chris next week about Large CAFO status and dewatering with traveling or stationary guns.	BRENT MARTENS
