11/2/2023	Jeff Godwin, Snyder and Associates emailed: I received a call from Waspy’s and requested that I come up to see them. I had not heard anything from them, JEO, City, or IDNR since about July-August. Jeff was curious if DNR had any updates. He is at a stand still until the City of Audubon determines what they are going to do/allow Waspy's to send. JEO did provide Jeff the options that the city has been presented with. Additionally, Jeff stated that Waspy's began sending waste to the city again on 10/6/23.	KRISTI BURG
