10/16/2023	Dave called about alternate daily cover (ADC) being brought in from Cedar Rapids which contains large concrete chunks. He wanted to know what he can use as ADC. I called him back and left a message stating a rule of thumb is that ADC must provide at least 90% waste coverage, contain litter, and prevent vermin and birds from accessing it.	BILL GROSS
