9/18/2023	Dave Sherwood called about some sludge from the Tama Paperboard lagoon spilling onto the county road leading to the landfill. It remained on the concrete and was semi-solid (not flowing). I told him it did not need to be reported as an HSI. I told him to work with the county engineer regarding road cleanup.	BILL GROSS
